Holding a Bachelor of Architecture from Unitec (2007), I bring a rare combination of architectural expertise and construction know-how—ensuring design intent is carried through to practical, high-quality outcomes.

Site Supervisor
Khaled is the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that every project runs smoothly day to day. From coordinating deliveries and resolving material shortages to keeping the team on track, he’s the go-to problem solver on-site. With a keen eye for detail and the tools (and skills) to handle a range of handyman tasks, Khaled ensures that nothing stands in the way of progress. His proactive communication keeps our project management fully informed, so we can deliver every job on time and to the highest standard.
Ahmed Alsaid
Site & Services Technician
Ahmad supports our projects on-site with a versatile skill set that goes beyond general construction. Certificate in electrical work and smart home automation installation & programming, he also brings expertise in alarms, sound systems, plumbing, and ventilation. A graduate of UTM Malaysia University in Electronic Engineering, Ahmad combines technical knowledge with hands-on ability to resolve challenges, keep work flowing, and ensure every stage meets our quality standards.
